Scoring:

Base Points - For each correct pick, you will earn:

1st Round (Round of 64)	1 point
2nd Round (Round of 32)	2 points
Sweet Sixteen	3 points
Elite Eight	5 points
Final Four	8 points
National Champion	12 points

Upset Bonus - For each correct upset, you will earn additional points equal to one-half the difference between the seeds (whole bonus points only), examples below:

2 seed beats a 1 seed:	0 bonus points
6 seed beats a 3 seed:	1 bonus point
8 seed beats a 4 seed:	2 bonus points
12 seed beats a 5 seed:	3 bonus points

Tiebreakers - Any ties will be broken as follows:

1. Most base points (total points without upset bonues)

2. Most correct picks

Payouts:

1st Place:	60% of the purse
2nd Place:	30% of the purse
3rd Place:	10% of the purse
